Additionally, I focus on HR development, seeking solutions to areas that require improvement and fostering a positive work environment.

I was motivated to accept the role of Human Resources Manager at ExpressGlass due to the company’s reputation as a well-established and prominent organization. The opportunity to engage with operational teams was particularly appealing to me. Personally and professionally, the ability to work remotely was also a significant factor in my decision.
