AGE Service Level Agreement

AGE announces its new Service Level Agreement (SLA) to coordinate and facilitate international work between its members.

AGE wants to continue to offer high-quality, consistent service to its customers and partners around the world. This new Service Level Agreement (SLA) is one of the many tools that AGE intends to implement to align the strategies and service response of its members and to simplify the international claims process.

By setting clear parameters for best practice, especially for call centres teams, managing directors, and glass professionals, this new SLA strengths the agreement between members and improves employee confidence.

“Our members’ employees represent AGE daily. We place our trust in them to deliver the highest service possible to our customers and partners in a safe and efficient manner.

We also believe in the importance of standardizing our global procedures, while being consistent in our values, mission, and patterns of conduct,” shared Marco Moreno, AGE CEO and Chairman.

AGE service level agreement should be shared and followed by every member and employee of the AGE network regardless of their level of responsibility.

Where justified, this new SLA can be reviewed and updated in order to reflect AGE’s evolving needs.

AGE values the opinion and comments of all its members and employees. Every comment of clear improvement is always welcome and taken into account.
