AGE Members Global Meeting 2021

AGE held their first global meeting of 2021 with all 21 members and special guest speaker, ALD Automotive.

Future industry market trends and AGE business strategy were presented to the members, as well as current commercial agreements with top insurance, renting, and fleet customers. New updates about suppliers and possible new members around the globe were also discussed.

This year, AGE released their new glass claim platform to their members. The platform allows members to have full control of all their glass claims at a global level, thus increasing their capability of delivering a faster and more precise response to their customers and insurance companies.

During the meeting, feedback on the digital platform was shared, including feedback from member call centres. New updates to the platform were also discussed and will be released soon.

AGE’s progress in its corporate social responsibility framework can be easily spotted in 2021. At the beginning of the year, they implemented their first global Code of Conduct as well as their Environmental Policy, and Workplace, Health, and Safety Policy. Three important pillars to what is coming next to Marcom initiatives, projects, and new partnerships.

This global meeting was particularly special because it was the first time a customer or partner was invited as a guest speaker. ALD Automotive was invited by AGE CEO & Chairman Marco Moreno to present their new framework agreement to all members.

ALD Automotive currently has a global network that manages 1,76 million cars annually and has a direct presence in 43 countries. The agreement between ALD Automotive and AGE aims to build a long-term partnership.

“We are very honored to assume this responsibility and grateful to ALD Automotive for allowing us to establish local cooperation and deliver a high-quality service to them,” mentioned Marco Moreno (AGE CEO & Chairman).
