AGE is a global network of automotive glass service providers currently present in 22 countries, with more than 2 000 workstations, 2 000 mobile units, and 7 000 employees.

Sustainability and safety are AGE’s decision-making pillars. AGE understands its impact locally and globally and wants to be an active participant in creating change. AGE thus continually interact with their members to drive the importance of being responsible and doing the right thing at all times, not only for their employees and customers, but also for local communities and the environment.
At the beginning of 2021, AGE launched its first global Code of Conduct, Environmental Policy, and Workplace, Health & Safety Policy based on the ten principles of the United Nations Global Compact.
The United Nations Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative that already counts more than 9 500 companies and 3 000 non-business members, in 160 countries, as members.

AGE and the United Nations Global Compact, share the same values and mission and we hope that together we can improve the way in which our network operates by implementing responsible practices and solutions,” shared Marco Moreno, AGE CEO and Chairman.
The United Nations Global Compact was launched in 2000 with the aim of aligning strategies and operations of member companies to ten universal principles centered around human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption.
In order to promote good practices, AGE will raise awareness by sharing guiding tools within its network; drive the well-being of its stakeholders, and; decrease as far as possible any harmful impact that the network might have on the future of our planet.
AGE will also invest in sustainable approaches in its industry and promote safety protocols. For example, AI was recently implemened on digital platforms in order to increase the repair vs replacement ratio. This new tool allows AGE members to decrease their impact on the environment through less usage of raw materials and less CO2 emissions.
