“Our global meetings have a very extensive agenda, with many key topics and updates on ongoing projects. Even though AGE never stopped meeting virtually, having a face-to-face meeting allows us to share ideas and viewpoints more easily. It is also a great opportunity to solidify relationships between members and exchange knowledge more freely,” shared the AGE board.

AGE also shared its clear focus on digitization of processes, from the very beginning of a claim to the end NPS evaluation. AI implementation in members’ websites was also discussed as a key point to increase repair.
