Last week, AGE held its Global Members Meeting 2025 in person, set against the stunning backdrop of Monaco. The event brought together our members, supplier partners, and customers for two days of collaboration, insight, and inspiration.
This year’s meeting marked a key milestone as we reflected on AGE’s achievements and growth since our strategic business restructure in 2019. From commercial progress and supplier partnerships to innovation projects and our ongoing commitment to a strong corporate responsibility framework, the first session celebrated how far we’ve come, and set the tone for the exciting journey ahead.
The session also offered a heartfelt moment of reflection as we paid tribute to our dear colleague, Behzad. His dedication, warmth, and the lasting impact he made on the AGE community were honoured with a minute of silence, followed by a round of applause, a small but meaningful gesture to celebrate a life that touched so many. His memory continues to inspire us as we move forward together.

The agenda continued with a deep dive into current market trends and dynamics, offering valuable perspectives on where the automotive glass industry is heading and how AGE is positioning itself to meet future challenges and opportunities.
We were honored to welcome a customer guest speaker, who delivered impactful insights on what is expected from AGE as a group, focusing on what our customers truly need, and how we can adapt our capabilities to not only meet those needs but exceed them. The message was clear: understand better, respond faster, and deliver twice the value through innovation and operational excellence.
We also welcomed a series of engaging presentations from our valued supplier partners: XYG, SIKA, GlasWeld, and TEXA, who generously sponsored the event. Their talks focused on innovation, upcoming technologies, and the critical importance of training in a rapidly evolving industry. These sessions underscored the strong alignment between AGE and its partners in shaping a smarter, more agile future together.

Day two was dedicated to the strength and expansion of our network. We proudly introduced our newest members, GlassMax from Hungary and GlassForCars from Ukraine, who presented their businesses and shared valuable insights into their local markets.
We also heard from Cary Group, who presented some of their key projects and highlighted how they are delivering tangible value to both their customers and their internal operations across Europe.

To close the meeting, Marco Moreno, CEO of AGE and Chairmain, presented the AGE 2.0 Strategy and Business Plan. This comprehensive roadmap outlines our collective vision and strategic direction for the years ahead, focused on innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth. The plan emphasizes our continued commitment to operational excellence and delivering measurable value to all members and stakeholders in the AGE network.

It was an energizing and productive event that reinforced the strength of our global community and our shared ambition to shape the future of the automotive glass industry, together.
A heartfelt thank you to all our members, speakers, and sponsors for making the AGE Global Members Meeting 2025 a resounding success.
