AGE Global Marketing Meetings Reactivation

AGE held their first global Marketing Meeting this year, uniting 21 member marketing departments to discuss AGE’s common strategy, digital solutions and most importantly to share best practices.

“The AGE team wants to reactivate our marketing departments to work together so knowledge and expertise can flow in a natural way in our global network. To kick off we invited three different members to share insights around their latest digital transformation solutions,” said Marco Moreno, CEO and Chairman of AGE.

National Windscreens representative, Simon Hunt (Head of Sales & Marketing), opened the session with National Windscreens Digital Roadmap. Starting in the first quarter of 2021, their clients started managing bookings via their website with a live calendar. They also implemented: booking confirmations; data security initiatives; a client app; website integration for insurance companies; and omni channels contacts.

AI was furthermore implemented on the National Windscreens website allowing an instant decision to be made on whether repair is possible and providing a more accurate cost of repair with the aim of increasing repair ratios.

The National Windscreens Digital Roadmap was also shared during the Procurement meets AGE Allianz meeting initiative as a good example of digital practices and tangible value for clients.

Filum Ho, Autoboys CEO and AGE board member, continued the meeting by sharing Inspektlabs platform solutions and Autoboys’ current Argus project. Inspektlabs is an AI platform that detects physical damage on a vehicle through 360 video and photos.

With the Argus platform, AGE members will be able to use a digital device to upload photos or videos, and with a 95% accuracy know the if the customers vehicle requires a repair or replacement.

Autoboys also shared the future benefits of Argus for insurance, fleet, and leasing companies including reduction of cost and time required for automotive inspections.

To coordinate customer satisfaction, Adrià Alert (Marketing Director of Auto Cristal Ralarsa) and guest speaker Henrik Liderfelt (Vice President of Sales of Netigate), shared the importance of NPS implementation.

“We have a great responsibility to maintain our high-quality services around the world, and NPS is one of the many tools we can use to measure customer satisfaction. With NPS we can also see the results in each workstation and look for ways to improve them if necessary,” shared Marco Moreno (AGE CEO & Chairman).

This meeting was also a very good opportunity to share current AGE brand alignment across the network and global communication standards.

New partner suppliers to support new digital projects were also discussed with new partnerships to be announced soon.
