Automotive Glass Experts (former Automotive Glass Europe – AGE) is an international group, that offers automotive glass replacement. We know and understand how our business impacts nature, both locally and globally, and have thus launched our Environmental Policy.
This policy highlights our commitment to environmental change and outlines our dedication to environmental improvement and development by promoting the application of best environmental practices within AGE as well as all our stakeholders.
We aim to respect and protect the environment, in which we operate, limiting as far as possible any harmful impact to the future of our planet.
In this respect, and based on the framework, commitments and measures of the United Nations Global Compact, AGE created a set of guidelines for best environmental practices for our members and stakeholders.
Our new Environmental Policy highlights our commitment in different environmental impact areas including: workstations; climate; water; natural resources; and biodiversity. It also reinforces the measures already taken as a group, such as: our repair before replacement policy; active alerts on the timely repair of minor damage to prevent windscreen replacement, and; consultations to fleet and leasing partners to encourage proactive minor damage repair.
AGE is currently working on new measures and partnerships that will help our members adopt this policy in a practical way.
